My room included a kitchenette and a couch. Really enjoyed a tub in my private bathroom. The location was stunning there, close to all the local food places. It was also near to the Owaka Lodge Motel to anyone, 3 restaurants/bars, and the attractions in the area.

I stayed in this quiet hotel for 1 day, had nice experience, thoroughly enjoyed its perfect location not far from all the other attractions in the Catlins.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at the lodge. The spacious unit, well-equipped kitchen, and accommodating hosts made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the personal touches like homemade muffins and fresh milk. Highly recommend for families with kids.

Best aspects about this place are the friendly staff and the convenient location. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the motel is great as it is within walking distance to a delicious fish n chips place and a shop. There is also a playground nearby for the kids to enjoy.

Worst aspects of my stay were the uncomfortable small beds and the lack of space in the room. The beds were not comfortable at all, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Four modern units equipped with king-size beds and separate sleeping areas. Our unit felt like a cozy oasis amidst the rugged Southern coast of New Zealand, allowing us to unwind and recharge. The ambience of relaxation was comparable to meandering along the picturesque Avon River in a tranquil city setting.
